October 1 EHO Update

I’ve been working on getting the articles and reviews prepped for the next EHO update on October 1.
We had a bunch of DVD reviews in queue, so we decided to publish most of them with this update and tie it all together with an article on finding the right video for your homeschool topic.
We’re also running an article with all kinds of information about how you can give or receive help for homeschool Katrina victims. Along with that is an article on Project Noah. A number of the editors at EHO know Lisa Guidry who runs Project Noah. They’re all in the Houston area.
Our focus this time in Homeschool Methods. We’ll be looking at methods for next two updates. This update includes an overview article, a new classical homeschooling article, and emphasis on our classical homeschooling and unit study resources.
I’ve still have lots to do to get things ready to publish late Friday or early Saturday. I’m just really pleased at what we have to offer this time around even though most of the EHO staff has been busy handling the personal fallout of Hurricane Rita.
