I should have written my introduction back when this blog started. I’m making up for it now.
I’m the Senior Editor and chief cook and bottle washer at the Eclectic Homeschool Online. EHO started a decade or so ago and slowly evolved into the sites you now find at http://eclectichomeschoo.org and EHO Lite at http://eho.org/
I have five children. Three have graduated from homeschool. My younger two are 12 and 14. We live in Fallon, Nevada, a small agriculture/military community in northern Nevada. I’ve learned to appreciate some aspects of the living in the desert, but I do miss the green of Kansas and Nebraska, where I grew up and lived most of my life.
I also operate a small Internet design service. You can visit my web design site http://eclecticgraphic.com.
Our family participates in a wonderful ministry to the people of India called Mission of Joy. Mission of Joy takes in orphans and provides everything they need until they are adults including education for their future adult life. They always need child sponsors. Sponsoring an MOJ child costs more than other child sponsor groups, but MOJ sponsors are the sole sponsors and we provide everything, food, shelter, clothing, education. Children do not have multiple sponsors. Visit Mission of Joy for more information.
