Czech minister wants home education law to be tightened

Czech Education Minister Dana Kuchtova (Green Party) said the law on home education has loopholes and should be tightened, in the Questions of Vaclav Moravec discussion programme on public Czech Television today.
Kuchtova said the loopholes in the law were highlighted by the recent case of maltreated seven-year-old Ondrej and the disappearance of a 13-year-old girl Anicka, both from the same family from Kurim near Brno.
